FIDDINGTON VILLAGE SHOW 2025
Lovely little Village Show at Fiddington on Saturday 19th July 2025. Opened by Juliet Harkness. Juliet has lived in the village for a long time and also produced the Village News Letters for years.
We also had a new cup to present, donated by Nancy Small, 'The Foundation Cup'. This was awarded for Best Overall In Show.
We only have a few children in the village but they entered some lovely, imaginative exhibits. The 'A Cake Made by a Gentleman' always gets lots of entries! There were less garden produce due to the very hot weather we have experienced recently. Cream teas were served in the marquee.
Thank you to all those who came along and made it a success.

NO NEWS LETTER AS FROM JULY 2025
FIDDINGTON VILLAGE SHOW SCHEDULE FOR 19TH JULY 2025 - PLEASE SEE LINK WITH DOWNLOADABLE FILE, ON THE 'WHAT'S ON' PAGE. The Fiddington Newsletter started as an information note for new residents but is now published monthly with news and stories from around the parish. It was kindly printed by Hinkley Point B power station, EDF Energy and edited and collated by Juliet Harkness. Unfortunately, the monthly News Letters have had to stop. Juliet Harkness wanted to retire after producing it for many years, and no one else wanted to take on the role. If, however, as a result of reading this, it is something you would like to have a go at, please contact us at [email protected] any committee member listed on this website. If you would like a copy of a News Letter that is not available here, please get in touch with Heather Hawley [email protected] Thank you. |
